Randstad C&P are actively recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our client covering properties within Stockton-on-Tees Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Sedgefield Hospital Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: upto £35,500 per annum plus company van and fuel card Hours: 38.75, Monday to Friday. Standard hours 8am to 4pm On call rota: 1 in 4 Main Duties: Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Redcar and Cleveland Council. Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on Service and repair of motor, pumps, lighting and power distribution systems. Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems. Competent on BMS control systems and PAT tester Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident groupCandidate Qualifications/Experience Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent 18th Edition City and Guilds Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
