This position is focused on their market-leading Agency department, excellently placed to capitalise on the growth within sales of Agricultural Land and Farms in the North West of the UK.

The position provides an excellent opportunity to capitalise on this reputation to further grow the department, as well as your personal career. An excellent salary and package is available (DOE) and you'll be joining a progressive, exciting and successful team with excellent growth potential.

The Role

You will be working with some of the most experienced and respected names in the Rural Agency world in the North West and you'll soon be responsible for your own portfolio of clients who'll have you as their primary contact, whilst ensuring you represent the business in the best light, to maximise new business development opportunities.

As a member of the Rural Agency department, you'll be responsible for the entire 360-degree process, from winning new business through to sale completion and aftercare, alongside playing an active role in the strategic operation of the agency department.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be an MRICS-accredited Chartered Surveyor; ideally 2 years PQE plus. Experience within Rural Agency would be extremely desirable and you will have a strong interest in working within this sector. Red Book valuer status, or ability to gain this would be extremely desirable. You'll be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail and a hunger for success.
