Senior Associate Rural Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Rural Surveyor to join our team at Hunter Dunning. As a Senior Associate Rural Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural estate management and professional matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships with rural estate owners, tenants, and occupiers
  • Oversee landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
  • Manage financial matters, including budgeting and performance reporting
  • Project manage development projects for clients
  • Manage and coordinate estate employees as required
  • Advise on general rural professional matters
  • Provide expert advice on valuation and long-term and short-term estate management strategy
Requirements:
  • Chartered MRICS status
  • Educated to degree level with a RICS-accredited degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in rural consultancy
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • UK driving license and own car
  • Experience in rural planning and development is desirable
  • Experience in rural estate project management is advantageous
