Our client, a leading provider of rural services, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor to join their innovative Land Management team in East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, optimising clients' assets in prosperous counties.
Position Overview
As an Associate Director/Senior Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering a range of estate management services to the organisation's affluent private clients, contributing to the success of their farming businesses and strategic land promotion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
- Conduct estate and farming business reviews
- Handle diversification projects for clients
- Assist with strategic land promotion
- Perform secured lending and professional valuations
- Manage and lead a high-performing team
- Maintain a strong client base
Requirements
- MRICS qualified rural surveyor
- Proven experience delivering diverse projects
- Demonstrated team leadership potential
- Ability to build client relationships and generate opportunities
- Composed manner under pressure
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- High accuracy and attention to detail
