Are you looking for a role where your organizational skills can shine? Join our leading national facilities management (FM) company as a Contract Support Specialist. This pivotal position supports our central helpdesk and contract manager in delivering maintenance services across a single site.
As a Contract Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the helpdesk and contract manager in coordinating maintenance activities
* Managing quotes, purchase orders, subcontractors, and in-house engineers
* Overseeing supply chain operations and maintaining essential documentation
* Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive reports
