Job Title: Project Sales Coordinator

Location: Office-based position

Hours: 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £28k per annum (dependent on experience)

Overview: A leading company in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical heating and cooling solutions is seeking an experienced sales administrator. This role involves providing daily administrative and sales support within a small, fast-paced team. Attention to detail and customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities:

Create project files for order handover
Enter orders into the ERP system
Log variation orders
Prepare enquiry folders for sales engineers
Generate quotations for repeat projects
Engage in up-selling and cross-selling activities
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews
Adhere to mandatory contract practices for bidding and handover
Establish pre-qualification targets with regional sales managers
Prepare and submit pre-qualification packages
Maintain the company's experience list
Manage sales/pipeline reports
Assist in uploading tenders to client portals
Produce commercial shipping documentation as needed
Perform other assigned dutiesEssential Skills:
