  • Generate quotations for repeat projects, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Adhere to relevant governance requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining our high standards.
  • Establish prequalification targets in collaboration with regional sales managers, driving business growth and success.
  • Prepare and submit prequalification packages, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Maintain the company's experience list, highlighting our achievements and expertise.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales/pipeline reports, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Assist regional sales managers in uploading tenders to client portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Produce commercial shipping documentation/certification as needed, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfil any other assigned duties, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership of projects and tasks.

  • Good/clear communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas.

  • Knowledge of the oil and gas sector, showcasing your understanding of our industry and expertise.
