We have an exciting opportunity, full or part-time, to work for a highly successful law firm based near Witney.
As Legal Secretary you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to two solicitors.
Key responsibilities include:
. Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and other documents
. Liaising with new clients over Video calls and the telephone to take instructions on new matters.
. Day to day typing of letters, memoranda, monthly reports, bills, file notes, etc.
. Attending clients and visitors where necessary in reception/meeting room
. Creating and amending legal documents and standard forms
. Adding, updating and maintaining documents on our case management system at both client and Matter level
. Organising travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as and when required
. Other support services including taking minutes of meetings and initiating and replying to correspondence on routine matters.
. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm's policies in general
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is desirable but not essential, however, secretarial skills are required.
Our client is flexible on working hours and will consider part-time applicants.
