Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and improve clinical standards within the home.
• Handle any clinical issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership or senior nursing role.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of best practices in elderly care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
