R13 are supporting a fantastic company within the power sector, who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager. Managing a roster of existing accounts, you will actively seek opportunities to expand and grow these accounts, all the while ensuring they receive the high standard of customer service the business is known for.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Swaffham, working 7.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £30,000 plus uncapped commission.

The day to day
* Maintaining and developing existing accounts through planned individual account support.
* Identifying areas for account growth, offering new products to meet their account requirements.
* Reporting on and analysing key accounts and their spend.
* Ensuring a high standard of customer care is maintained at all times.
* Conducting client meetings to review results.
* Utilising market knowledge to provide an outstanding overall service.
You will have/be
* Proven experience in Sales or Account Management role.
* Experience in building strong business relationships.
* Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong consultative and selling skills.
* Organised with great time management.
* Resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
