**The role**:
As an Account Manager at Totally Branded, you will be at the forefront of our success story. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to both existing and potential customers, creating lasting relationships that set us apart from the competition. You will be the go-to person for questions, quotes, and samples, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to final delivery.

Joining our Sales department, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Here's a glimpse of what your exciting role will involve:
Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships, understanding the unique needs of each individual and business.

Collaborate closely with our design team to present captivating ideas and solutions to clients, showcasing our creativity and expertise.

Oversee the smooth delivery of the sales process, ensuring our clients' objectives are met and their expectations exceeded. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and maximize sales potential.

Be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, building strong, long-term relationships. Take ownership of orders, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Attend key sales meetings, reporting progress towards targets and supporting the wider sales team. Execute administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

**Benefits**

Working hours Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm from our office in Swaffham, Norfolk.

**Basic Salary: £19,000 + uncapped commission package.**

** Year 1 OTE Earnings (with commission) - £25,000 **

**Start Date: Immediate**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
