We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the project team for an exciting office relocation project. This is a high-impact role offering a competitive daily rate of £400, with the potential for contract extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the office relocation project, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

* Logistics Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and contingency planning.

* Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with movers, IT specialists, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.

* Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses, ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.

* Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

* Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones and any risks or delays.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in managing office relocations or similar large-scale projects.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
