Human Factors Subject Matter Expert - £30/hr (Inside IR35) - Hybrid / Warwickshire - 8 Months (potential to extend)

Vehicle Engineering

Position Description:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Human Factors Ergonomics team to deliver customer requirements for future vehicles by working collaboratively with all key stakeholders across the organisation: including Engineering, Design, Programme, Commercial and many more.

- Lead Human Factors input into the development of future vehicles
- Lead collaboration with colleagues to resolve Ergonomic related issues
- Collaborate with Ergonomics colleagues to continually develop our Human Factors requirements in order to deliver the best customer experience

Skills Required:
- Proactive issue resolution with key stakeholders & clear communication of Ergonomic requirements and assessments
- Ability to analyse quality data and customer feedback to support programme discussions & Ergonomics requirement development
- CAD experience in relevant industry software

Experience Required:
- Human Factors or Ergonomics or User Centred Design or User Experience or Anthropometrics or Product Design or Design Engineering related field experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Individual who will continually work hard to deliver a modern luxury experience in order to earn and keep trust and loyalty of customers.
- Confident presenting feedback & collaborating with wide range of teams across organisation

Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology implementation and using JIRA
- Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and working with teams across an organisation
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment and combine interpersonal skills with technical decision-making
- Experience in Catia V6/3D Experience
- Experience using RAMSIS 3dX / Human Modelling Software desired but not essential

Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
Hybrid working: 2/3 days in office 2/3 days WFH plus being on-site when specific on-site reviews are necessary.
