Our esteemed Automotive client is actively seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Human Factors Subject Matter Expert. This position is offered on a contract basis, allowing for a hybrid working arrangement.

Role Responsibilities:
We are in search of a motivated individual to become a vital part of the Human Factors Ergonomics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling customer needs for upcoming vehicle models by engaging collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the organization, including Engineering, Design, and Programme teams.
- Drive Human Factors contributions in the design and development of future vehicles.
- Facilitate collaboration with peers to address Ergonomic challenges.
- Work alongside Ergonomics experts to continuously refine our Human Factors specifications to enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills:
- Proactive in resolving issues with stakeholders and effectively communicating Ergonomic needs and evaluations.
- Competence in analyzing quality data and customer insights to inform program discussions and Ergonomics specification development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools relevant to the industry.
Required Experience:
- Background in Human Factors, Ergonomics, User-Centered Design, User Experience, Anthropometrics, Product Design, or Design Engineering.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- A commitment to delivering a modern luxury experience that fosters customer trust and loyalty.
- Confidence in presenting insights and collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using JIRA.
- Understanding of comprehensive vehicle engineering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while balancing interpersonal skills with technical decision-making.
- Experience with Catia V6/3D Experience.
- Familiarity with RAMSIS 3dX or Human Modelling Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
This role is classified as Inside IR35. The working model includes a combination of in-office and remote work, with the expectation of on-site presence for specific reviews as necessary.
