Description

The Careers Advisor will:

Provide tailored career advice to a diverse group of students across South Essex.
Provide advice in both face-face and virtual settings.
Facilitate workshops on various career-related topics.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Stay updated with current job market trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with local employers.
Perform administrative duties related to the role.Profile

A successful Career Advisor should have:

A passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
IAG Level 4 or above would be preferred, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has a strong desire to become a careers advisor
A driving license and access to own transportYou will need to pass an enhanced DBS and Social Media checks at point of offer.
