About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Clinical Haematologists to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of exceptional haematology services across Mid and South Essex.

As a Clinical Haematologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of haematological conditions. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical assessment and management of haematology patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of haematology service strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay abreast of current developments in haematology research and practice
Essential Requirements:
  • CCT Qualification or within 6 months of CCT date
  • Clinical Haematology experience
  • Laboratory experience
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
