Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Our client, a successful well established Financial Services business based in Leicester, is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and develop sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

Duties include:

Researching and identifying new market opportunities
Generating leads and cold calling potential clients
Meeting with clients to present company offerings and services
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of market research and analysis
Drive Licence is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of CRM software
Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Working Conditions:

The Business Development Manager will primarily work in an office setting, but may be required to travel to meet with clients. The role may involve flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
