IT Techincal Product Owner x2 | Remote | Inside IR35

We are looking for 2 IT Technical Product Owners to support the Senior IT Product Owner for the Billing and Customer Care platform. These roles involve managing IT products, overseeing changes, and maintaining system capabilities for the Metering, Energy Industry Interaction & Billing, and Customer Engagement platform areas. You will need a strong technical understanding, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics, and work closely with Business Product Management and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and prioritize the IT backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with Business Product Managers and Release Managers to coordinate deliverables and releases.
Act as the technical expert for Metering, Energy Industry Interaction & Billing, or Customer Engagement functions.
Develop and evolve the IT product roadmap based on feedback and business outcomes.
Ensure adequate technical coverage and knowledge of solution components.
Define funding and investment needs for continued product growth.
Oversee platform priorities, resource requirements, and development stages.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Anticipate organizational needs and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove impediments to progress and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure alignment with IT and business strategy, policies, and standards.
Apply feedback and learning from retrospectives.Requirements:

Experience as a Product Owner with a strong grasp of Agile values and principles.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics, particularly for Metering, Energy Industry Interaction & Billing, or Customer Engagement.
Relevant experience in the energy sector or utility billing platforms.
Strong vendor management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
