Job Title: Trainer

Salary: £25k to £30k DOE

Location: Glasgow

Shifts: Monday to Friday

You will be accountable for supporting the learning and development of site personnel by facilitating mandatory and ad hoc training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Identify and assess training needs for new and existing employees. Develop and deliver training to meet the needs identified.

* Deliver all job-specific/key skills training.

* Ensure completion of Job Specific SOPs.

* Deliver refresher training and updates.

* Ad Hoc training as required.

* Ad Hoc duties to include operational support during busy periods.

* Update and maintain training matrices.

* Organise and facilitate training events including location logistics and equipment.

* Provide timely reports on ongoing projects.

Knowledge and Experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to delegate effectively when required.

* Strong planning and organisational skills, demonstrating flexibility towards changing business demands.

* Proactive, dynamic and motivational with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.

* IT skills to include Microsoft packages.

* Flexible approach to working hours is essential.

* Ability to read, write and speak English to a high standard.

Requirements

* Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this role

* Our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this role
