Nursery Teacher Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum

· Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development

· Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities

· Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

· Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour

· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school

Nursery Teacher requirements:

· QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record

· Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent

· In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks

· Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons

· A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development

· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
