They are seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to support the Accounts department during a very busy period. This role is for 4 weeks + you will be responsible for the Purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties within the finance department.

Description
As an Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
Managing and updating financial records
Handling purchase invoices with accuracy
Balance sheet reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers and resolving any related queries
Assisting with monthly statement reconciliations
Providing support to the wider Accounting & Finance team
Processing payments in a timely manner
Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Helping with ad hoc accounting tasks as requiredProfile
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Excellent communication skills
A problem-solving mindset

An attractive hourly rate of around £17 - £30 DOE
