We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide day to day administrative support for the Rail Business. This role is a hybrid role requiring up to 2 days in our Warwick office and the rest working from home.

What you'll do:

Timely and effective administration of the Rail Support team shared inboxes, ensuring all emails are acknowledged and actioned without delays.
Support the team and the Rail Business with organising events and meetings.
Support the team and the Rail Business with sending out sending out and coordinating Rail comms.
Provide support with payment enquiries, PPE orders, resource allocation, audits preparation.
Be the main point of contact in Rail in relation to timecards and timekeeping issues, effectively chase for missing timecards.Who you are:
With desirable previous experience within a similar role, you will have an excellent eye for detail/data accuracy, possess strong organisational skills, and are able to communicate and collaborate between departments, while multi-tasking and switching between conflicting priorities.

Key Requirements:

Support and coordinate communications of documents, weekly/monthly updates and communications within the designated business area or team.
Maintain data within internal systems accurately, effectively and timely to ensure they are fit for the teams use.
Ability to understand and manage conflicting priorities.
Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, SharePoint and other systems.
Excellent communications skills at all levels, including with internal & external stakeholders along with the ability to work with a diverse and remote team.The additional benefits with this role:
