As the Quality Manager, you'll be a key player in making sure products are top-notch. You'll handle everything from setting up quality control processes to managing audits and certifications, helping them to maintain their high standards.

Salary: £30-40k per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Cornwall

What You'll Do:
* Create and implement quality assurance policies to meet BRC standards and other regulations.
* Oversee quality control at all production stages, from raw materials to final products.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to keep our quality on point and find ways to improve.
* Work with various teams to solve quality issues and put corrective actions in place.
* Build and maintain great relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to meet their quality needs.
What You Need:
* Strong knowledge of BRC standards and other quality regulations.
* Proven experience in quality management in the food industry, especially in chilled environments.
* Experience working with retailers and understanding their quality requirements.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 (minimum).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
