Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at RGB, a leading Civil Engineering Main contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, delivering safely, to time, and to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Ensure the site is managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of site managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's reputation and assets are protected.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, with experience in project management, site management, and team leadership. A valid SMSTS and CSCS card is essential, as well as a full UK driving license. If you are a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply.
