If so, we’re looking for a dedicated Onshore Wind Project Manager to lead the development and construction of large-scale wind projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and comply with UK laws and regulations.

The role:
As an Onshore Wind Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of their wind farms from pre-construction through to operation and maintenance. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing all project phases, ensuring they stay within budget, meet deadlines, and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of wind projects during the pre-construction and construction phases.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to define project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with UK regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing onshore wind projects, civil engineering projects, or large construction projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of project budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risks and keep projects moving forward.
- A willingness to travel to sites as required, ensuring hands-on involvement in project delivery.
