My client in Blackburn & Darwen is looking to appoint an Occupational Therapist to join their team for a 3 month initial contract.
You will be part of a team providing occupational therapy services to children with a range of developmental and physical challenges
Rate: £41p/h
Location: Blackburn & Darwen (Hybrid working considered)
Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 -17:00About the role:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each child's needs for equipment and adaptations in the home and school environment.
Conduct moving and handling risk assessments and develop handling plans.
Provide assessment and recommendations for Disabled Facilities Grants.
Complete specialist seating assessments.
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic careAbout you:
Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
Ideally some paediatric experienceHow to apply
