Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who have complex mental health needs, developing personalised treatment plans to help them achieve life goals and bring about lasting change.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside a highly skilled Therapy Services MDT to motivate and engage patients, helping them develop vital skills.
- Develop expertise across a range of core areas, including physical and mental health, within secure mental health services.
- Collaborate with the wider Psychology and Social Work teams to shape care pathways that promote recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term progress.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 27 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years)
