We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside a highly skilled Therapy Services MDT, which includes nursing and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Motivate and engage patients, helping them develop vital skills to achieve life goals and bring about lasting change.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Psychology and Social Work teams to shape care pathways that promote recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term progress.
