JOB SUMMARY
My clients are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational, analytic and communication skills to join their team as a Learning Partnership Senior Business Support Officer (term time only). Working alongside a team of highly motivated and professional individuals, committed to ongoing improvement through working collaboratively with headteachers and their staff , the post holder will be responsible to the Head of School Effectiveness leading on the service delivery support for the local borough's Learning Partnership. The role will focus on:

Co-ordinating and marketing the in-borough planned professional development programme to maximise engagement and ensure the smooth delivery of the programme for schools and governors.
To be responsible for the management and updating of digital content for the Learning Partnership engagement channels including listing courses, e-content of the Learning Partnership website, updating the Governor-Hub course listings, contributing to the publishing of the weekly newsletter, web information and e-communication.
Contribute to the growth of the Schools Traded Offer delivered via the Learning Partnership leading on the invoicing process, negotiating contracts with trainers, facilitators and suppliers as well as back-end financial support.

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

To contribute to an in-borough programme of professional development and organise meetings, training and CPD opportunities for the Learning Partnership, LBHF and for any other appropriate client
To lead on the work of the teaching commission recommendations.
To collect, collate, analyse and interpret statistical data and feedback on the courses delivered via the Learning Partnership.
To be responsible for the digital content of the learning partnership including GDPR compliance.
 To lead on engagement and communications including producing an effective marketing plan for the delivery of the Learning Partnership.
 To liaise with key partners and external bodies to develop business relationships.
 Keep robust records of income generation, expenditure to ensure effective financial control.
 To produce reports for the Learning Partnership and Council as required, appropriate for different audiences
To support the work of the governance lead and governance courses delivered via the Learning Partnership.
To establish collaborative and effective relationships with Headteachers and governance committees with an unrelenting focus on contributing to an excellent education for all pupils.
To work in partnership with school leaders to evaluate CPD opportunities provision and strategically plan support for improvement, enrichment or learning that can be offered within the local  community
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Clients seek dedicated professional with experience working with in the educational sector – this role would suit a School Business Manager, School Senior Administrator, PA to Head Teacher with the below:

Maths and English GCSEs at level 4 and above.
Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, higher degree, and specialist/advanced level professional qualifications (desirable)
Experience working in a housing association or council 
Significant experience of delivering business support and admin support successfully.
Evidence of effective engagement with stakeholders and partners to achieve joined-up solutions.
CONTRACT

3 month initial ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend (term time only)
PAYE via Umbrella
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
