This exciting opportunity for you to join their Technical Team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our external consultant team through all stages of project procurement.

This includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions.

You'll actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.

You Will Gain Experience In:

Land, Planning & Community Engagement

Manage community consultations and planning applications.
Negotiate planning agreements and clear planning conditions.
Oversee design and approval processes for new developments.Pre-Development Management

Prepare for and attend key project meetings.
Coordinate design tenders and maintain design programmes.
Secure Building Regulations Approvals and manage supplier information.Development Management

Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet all approval standards.
Stay updated on legislation and provide feedback on product designs.
Assist the production team and manage design documentation.
Monitor construction progress and resolve issues for timely completionWhat's on offer:

£40,000 to £55,000 DOE starting salary with pay increases as you reach milestones throughout your training.
