Responsibilities

* Follow up on leads from internet inquiries, showroom visitors, and retail sales team referrals.

* Provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the loan process.

* Proactively manage a pipeline of customers interested in motorcycle finance.

* Adhere to Compliance and FCA regulations on all calls, ensuring fair outcomes for customers.

* Record customer details on the CRM system.

* Maximize sales to hit targets.

* Act as a proud and passionate ambassador for the company.

Requirements

* Experience working in a sales environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to build strong relationships with customers.

* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

* Driven to achieve both personal and business goals.

* Customer-centric approach, with a focus on putting customer interests first.

* Compliance with Consumer Duty and FCA standards.

Working Hours

* Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (flexible)

* One late shift per week: 10 AM - 7 PM

* Rotating work pattern: 4-day week followed by a 6-day week, including weekends on a rota basis
