Role Overview:

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to patients within the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular home visits to ensure patient needs are being met.
Administering medication at scheduled times to address patient needs.
Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand and monitor patient conditions, identifying improvements or setbacks.
Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and create a secure environment for their treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Active registration with the NMC as a Mental Health Nurse.
Demonstrated community experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A strong commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care.
