As a Recruitment Apprentice at Adversa Recruitment Ltd, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This apprenticeship offers a hands-on learning experience, combining practical work with professional development. You will gain exposure to various aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while working closely with experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Job Advertising: Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and ensure all job descriptions are up to date.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
