Responsibilities:

  1. Produce drawings in a timely manner and with attention to detail on behalf of the projecting team
  2. Develop 3D library for standard plant items, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  3. Liaise with clients on design details, providing quality control and validation of manufactured designs
  4. Create detailed manufacturing drawings to assist fabrication, including general arrangements, part drawings, developments, and templates
  5. Produce piping and steelwork fabrication drawings in the form of Isometrics, general arrangements, and orthographic
  6. Review and check detailed design drawings of piping systems, supports, and steelwork in accordance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications
  7. Prepare and check bill of materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  8. Provide technical input during detailed engineering of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
  9. Support and input into the preparation of manufacturing work packs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

About You:

  1. Excellent working knowledge of SolidWorks, with CSWP/CSWE accreditation beneficial
  2. Good understanding of 2D CAD packages, such as AutoCAD, desirable
  3. Must have experience producing P&IDs or similar, essential
  4. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
