Site Manager – Permanent Role

MB Recruit Ltd are partnering an exciting and rapidly growing main contract organisation to recruit a Site Manager to join their operational delivery team.

The business has doubled both turnover and net profitability over the past 5 years and are set for continue growth with investment back into the business. They have built lasting and fruitful relationships with a number of blue-chip clients and have a healthy order book of contracts now and in the future. They are predominantly operating within some key sectors which include Automotive, Health and Corporate Investment and as a result have secured contracts in the Berks, Bucks and Oxfordshire regions.

We are looking for ambitious Site Managers, keen to see their career progress further into autonomous project management. We have immediate vacancies in both the Automotive (specialist sport) and Healthcare sectors. Projects in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire with individual project values ranging to £15M.

Essential Capabilities:

* 3-10 years on site management experience within construction

* Main contract pedigree

* In date: CSCS, SMSTS, 1ST Aid accreditations

* Client facing

* Computer literate

* Located within a 20 mile commute to Oxfordshire / Berkshire border

* Project commercial acumen

* Highly collaborative and communicative
