We are working with a leading plastics distributor based in North-West Birmingham, seeking an Internal sales executive to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This role would suit an ambitious, hard-working individual looking to join a driven and focussed sales team.
The Internal sales executive role will involve :-
Assisting our customers, with their orders, which range from large industrial companies to small exhibitors which an array of plastic products.
Discussing the product range which has 1000’s of different types of plastic, varying in size and colour and uses.
Using a variety of It packages, including AX Microsoft Dynamics
Calculating orders, sheet sizes, and how many pieces will be able to be produced from each sheet.
Working in a busy, pressurised sales office that processes up to 120 orders per day.
To apply for this Internal sales executive role, you will require the following:
The ability to build relationships with customers and relate to people quickly you will have excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
MS office including excel, for administration, of orders, experience of Microsoft AX Dynamics advantageous.
Good numerical ability to check orders, calculate sheets needed to produce cut lists for the production team.
Commercial acumen and customer service skills
A positive attitude with the appetite to learn all jobs, the ability to work at a fast pace, (we handle 120 orders per day).

An excellent remuneration package dependent on experience + performance bonus
Working Monday – Thursday, 9.00-5.30 and 8.30-5.00 Fridays.
