As a Peripatetic Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assuming responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager
Providing operational help for senior management
Ensuring the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements
Running the home to meet business objectives, including control of budgets and economic viability
Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with the local community
Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staffPackage and Benefits:
