Job Purpose:
AYG Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of a well-established supported living and homecare provider. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget management.

* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.

* Lead quality assurance and safety initiatives to meet regulatory standards.

* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.

* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent management qualification.

* Experience: Extensive experience in managing care services, including staff management and financial oversight.

* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in IT and care management software.

* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations, person-centered care, and safeguarding procedures.

Desirable Criteria:

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager.

* Additional qualifications in training or business management.

Additional Requirements:

* Full driving license.

* Satisfactory criminal records check.
