Merchr operates as a print-on-demand platform, empowering individuals and brands of various sizes to sell online without the need for physical inventory or fulfillment.


Our technology streamlines the entire e-commerce process, from customer-facing websites to product printing and distribution.


This sales-oriented position will concentrate on delivering e-commerce support to our prominent brand partners, providing customized designs and product collections through the Merchr platform.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee key client accounts utilizing the Merchr platform for their e-commerce operations on various platforms.
2. Assist in the sales and onboarding of new brand partnerships.
3. Collaborate directly with brands to manage their unique designs, product listings, descriptions, and pricing strategies.
4. Support sales managers with administrative duties.
5. Address customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure outstanding customer service.
6. Work alongside design and marketing teams to enhance product presentation and user experience.
7. Monitor and evaluate brand sales performance, identifying trends and suggesting enhancements.


Utilize brand assets while coordinating with the design team to ensure marketing materials, banners, and homepages are regularly updated.


Stay informed about e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and post-sales support.
- Background in managing e-commerce channels, particularly on platforms like WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify.
- Strong grasp of online sales strategies and e-commerce best practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and content management systems.
