Pay rate: £22 an hour

Location: Oxford, OX3 area

Contract: Fulltime, temporary, Monday-Friday

Job description:

Repairing and maintaining the fabrics of the building such as - Fire doors, Locks, Walls, tiles, flooring
To carry out regular preventative maintenance tasks
To undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.Requirements:

Locksmith skills, fixing
Demonstrable experience within a similar role e.g., building maintenance
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
Knowledge of Health and Safety
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work would be essential.
