Red Recruitment is recruiting a Key Account Manager to join our client, a provider of temporary catering equipment and furniture to businesses. This role will be managing accounts and building relationships with customers.
Previous Account Management experience is preferred. The salary for this position is up to £32,000 per annum and is located in Old Market, Bristol.
Benefits and Package for a Key Account Manager:
* Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
* Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Location: Old Market, Bristol
* £1,000 on successful completion of probationary period

Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Manager:
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Expanding the relationship with existing customers
* Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking and field visits
* Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers
* Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to the board of directors
Key Skills and Experience of a Key Account Manager:
* Proven experience in a sales, account management or business development role is required
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills are essential
* You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Being self-motivated with a results-driven approach is essential
