Senior Estimator – Sussex - RC Frame & Groundworks
About the Client: They specialise in civils, groundworks and all aspects of reinforced concrete. Their groundworks service includes bulk excavation, earth moving, site clearance, substructure, ground stabilisation works, enabling works, drainage and site services and the RC service includes Structures as well as wall, slab, column, climbing, circular and single-sided formwork, lift shafts, stairwells and shoring. They cover the southeast and up into London and work on schemes from £100k - £5m.
About the role: This is going to be a role within the business answering into the Managing Director. You will take the estimating lead and help this business grow which is a unique opportunity n the current market.
About the requirements: You must have a wealth of experience on the following;
* Pricing as a subcontractor:
* Measuring and producing own BOQ
* Clearview on NEC contracts
* Groundworks:
* Civil engineering:
* Deep drainage:
* Water treatment works:
* RC frames:
* All RC structures
