Estimator/H&S/QC Manager

Centristic Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator/H&S/QC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk material handling equipment and the quarrying industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Estimate bulk material handling projects, including conveyors, crushers, screens, and feeders.
  • Provide H&S and QC support as a secondary function of the role.
  • Work under the guidance of a senior manager at Heathfield.
  • Attend site visits and liaise with clients to interpret their scope requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings from CAD models.
  • Populate estimating data into our companies estimating systems.
  • Provide cost analysis against as-built/actual costs.
  • Track, cost, and handle all variations to contract from estimate to order status.
  • Prepare weekly management reports for the team and peers.
  • Provide order details for materials from stockholders and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering high-quality work. A current driving license is required due to site locations.

We offer a competitive starting salary, 20 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays, and support for further career development.
