The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Estimating bulk material handling projects within the aggregate processing industry
  • Providing H&S and QC abilities as a secondary function of the job role
  • Working under the guidance of a senior manager
  • Attending site visits and liaising with clients to interpret their scope requirements
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings from CAD models
  • Populating estimating data into our companies estimating systems
  • Providing cost analysis against as built / actual costs
  • Tracking, costing, and handling all variations to contract from estimate to order status
  • Providing weekly management reporting to the team and peers
  • Providing order details for materials from stockholders, suppliers, etc.

The successful candidate will be versatile, focused on delivering high-quality work, with an honest, flexible, and proactive work ethic. They will need to be computer literate, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
