Responsibilities:
Provide HR administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information, contracts, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops, managing logistics and maintaining training records.
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submission.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls. Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What we offer:
