Rate of Pay: £25 per hour

A Day in the Life of a Community Psychiatric Nurse:

As an RMN specialising in community care, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Visits: Conducting regular visits to ensure patients' needs are met and providing essential support.
Medication Administration: Managing and administering medications at scheduled times to ensure effective treatment.
Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, offering tailored support, and monitoring their progress.
Risk Assessments: Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and creating a secure environment during their treatment.

What We're Looking For:

Active NMC Registration: You must be a registered mental health nurse.
Community Experience: Proven experience in a community setting is essential.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Commitment to Care: A dedication to providing the highest quality care for our patients.
