Position Overview: As a Youth Worker within our SEN provision, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with SEMH needs. Your daily activities will revolve around providing guidance, assistance, and a safe environment for these individuals to thrive. You'll be making a real difference in their lives and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one or group support to young adults with SEMH needs.
Creating and implementing tailored support plans.
Promoting emotional well-being and positive mental health.
Assisting in educational and recreational activities.
Building strong, supportive relationships with students and their families.
Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.Qualifications and Requirements:

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
An active DBS check on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
Previous experience working with individuals with SEMH needs (beneficial).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with young adults.
