Job Role:

Keytec Installation Services launched on 1st May 2024, bringing together the joint expertise of Keytec Geomembranes and Alderburgh Ltd under one brand.

We have a wealth of experience in installing stormwater attenuation tanks, soakaways, hybrid tanks, pond lining, geomembranes on permeable paving areas, MUGA pitches & rain gardens, and installing membranes and Permavoid or Aquadrain systems on Blue / Green roofs.

The Successful candidate will work with the Commercial Team on project mapping and understanding of projects, leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Tier 1 Development /working closely with our Business Partners

* Water and Utility Development

* Development of residential and non-residential – attenuation /pond and gas

* Foster business relationships to increase revenue from sales

* Managing team performance in respect of growing the business through new clients and sales

* Writing reports and analysing relevant business data

* Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business

* Raising the company profile by attending conferences, exhibitions and seminars as appropriate

* Be aware of market trends and competitors

* Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

* have an excellent understanding of the businesses' products and services and be able to advise others about them

Person Specification:

* Have a keen interest in working alongside the NPD team

* Have a good understanding of the current attenuation market and the legislation around this.

* Have a positive attitude

* Proven record of successful sales and meeting targets

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

* Strong leadership qualities to lead a team

* Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements

* Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software.

* The ability to motivate others

* A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business
