Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Bedford, start in September full-time

About the Role:

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you'll be right in the heart of the action, supporting our amazing teachers and helping our fantastic pupils thrive. Your role will be super varied - no two days will be the same

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson planning
Providing one-on-one support to students who need a little extra help
Helping to create a fun and engaging learning environment
Supervising and supporting students during activities and playtime
Keeping an eye on students' progress and providing feedback
Getting involved in school events and activitiesWhat We're Looking For:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with primary school children
A friendly and positive attitude
Great communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with kids
