Dunbar are looking for a experienced Learning Support Assistant with a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification to join one of our Bedford Primary Schools in September. This role is full-time and term time only.

To apply, the ideal candidate will have experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant in a Primary School, good understanding of the curriculum, ability to work across various year groups and willingness to take on extra responsibilities.

The hours are 8:30am-3:15pm Monday-Friday and starting from September.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience of working as a classroom assistant or similar, within the last 5 years. An understanding of leading SEN, reading and maths interventions for primary age groups.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (related to children) or equivalent. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Knowledge of and ability to contribute to the planning and development of educational activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills & good organisational and time management skills.Benefits:
